Du willst deinen eigenen Hund in Bronze verewigen?

Dazu musst du wissen, dass die Farbe ein ganz wesentliches Wiedererkennungsmerkmal deines Hundes ist. Ein mehrfarbiger Border Collie zum Beispiel ist mit einer Patina weniger gut wieder zu erkennen, als ein einfarbiger Hund. Weiße und graue Hunde kann ich leider nicht patinieren.

Mit einer Auswahl an aussagekräftigen Fotos kann ich mich an die Arbeit machen. Das heißt, ich versuche die Kernmerkmale deines Hundes zu erfassen, um ihn im Tonmodell bestmöglich wieder geben zu können. Wenn du deinen Hund dann gut abgebildet siehst, wird das Tonmodell abgeformt und das Wachsmodell in die Bronzegießerei gebracht.

Would you like to immortalize your dog in bronze?

You should be aware that color is a key distinguishing feature of your dog. A multicolored Border Collie, for example, is less recognizable with one patina than a single-colored dog. Unfortunately, I cannot apply patina to white and grey dogs.

With a selection of expressive photos, I can get to work. This means that I try to capture the core characteristics of your dog and reproduce them as best as possible in the clay model. Once you are satisfied with the representation of your dog, the clay model is cast and the wax model is taken to the bronze foundry.
